Architectural Design

NOUMA Architectural Bureau delivers concept-driven architecture shaped by clarity, context and purpose.

Led by our in-house team, we translate vision into built form through rigorous exploration, disciplined creativity and structured development. From early sketches and spatial studies to defined architectural strategies, we work closely with our clients to establish the right concept before scale begins.
We provide full architectural design services from pre-concept through detailed design across residential, hospitality and commercial projects.

Noubar Manukyan

Founder of NOUMA
Noubar is the Founder of NOUMA Group and a senior project specialist with international experience delivering complex developments across multiple markets.

Over nearly a decade with AECOM, Noubar contributed to large-scale, high-profile projects spanning the United Kingdom, the Middle East and Asia. His portfolio includes landmark developments such as the Chelsea Waterfront regeneration in London, the Canada Water Masterplan for British Land, and the Soudah Peaks giga-project for the Public Investment Fund.

Throughout his career, Noubar has worked closely with leading international hotel operators including IHG, Banyan Tree, MINOR Hotels and Accor.

Having accumulated diverse project experience, Noubar founded NOUMA to create a more focused, client-aligned practice, offering hands-on leadership and highly tailored project execution.

Arziv Manoukian

Co-Founder of NOUMA
Arziv is a skilled engineering and project delivery specialist with nearly 20 years of experience in the construction sector. Since graduating in 2008, he has worked across the full project lifecycle, from site engineering and technical coordination to project management and commercial leadership, delivering complex Oil & Gas and infrastructure projects internationally.

Arziv progressed to Senior Commercial Director role, overseeing commercial strategy across midstream and downstream EPC environments and multi-disciplinary engineering scopes for large-scale, high-profile projects.

After transitioning from Oil& Gas sector, Arziv launched a business of building materials supply chain to major UAE Contractors, for large developments, strengthening his expertise across engineering, commercial management, and client-side delivery.

He co-founded NOUMA to channel his extensive experience into a focused, client-centric practice built on personalised approach, transparency, and an uncompromising work ethic.
